On April 20th local time, US State Department officials stated that a US delegation had met with Cuban government officials on April 10th. It is reported that the US side raised a number of demands in the talks with Cuba, including introducing the "Starlink" satellite internet service, compensating American individuals and companies whose assets were confiscated, and releasing political prisoners.
