The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.00 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, without bonus shares or capital reserve fund capitalization. The net profit for Q4 was -47 million yuan, while the net profit for Q3 was 1.28 billion yuan. Based on this calculation, the net profit for Q4 changed from profit to loss. Analysts had a consensus forecast of -361 million yuan for net profit in the fourth quarter, but the actual net profit for Q4 was -47 million yuan, which exceeded expectations.
