SAIC Microelectronics announced that the company's 2025 annual equity distribution plan is as follows: based on the existing total share capital of 732,213,134 shares, a cash dividend of 3.700000 RMB will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, and individuals and securities investment funds holding restricted shares before the initial public offering will receive a dividend of 3.330000 RMB for every 10 shares. Different tax rates will be imposed on dividend income for individuals holding restricted shares after the initial public offering, equity incentive restricted shares, and unrestricted circulating shares. The company will not withhold individual income tax at present.
