Bohai Automobile announced that its operating income in 2025 was 3.115 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 26.31%. Net profit was 167 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 1.264 billion yuan in the same period last year. The company will not distribute profits in 2025, nor will it implement any other form of profit distribution, including capital surplus transfer to increase share capital.
