As tensions between the U.S. and Iran escalate, copper prices are hovering near a two-month high.
The price of copper has fallen from its highest closing level since early February, but still hovers near that high. The prospects for peace talks between Washington and Tehran have once again become uncertain, and after rising for four consecutive weeks, copper prices fell 1% in London before lunchtime, while most industrial metals remained unchanged or declined.
