The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Zhuhai City and five other departments have issued a notice on optimizing and adjusting the city's real estate policy measures. The notice proposes optimizing the housing provident fund loan policy. First, increase the amount of housing provident fund loans. For employees who qualify for provident fund loans, the maximum amount of individual housing provident fund loans for families with one or two deposits is adjusted from 800,000 yuan to 1 million yuan, and from 1.3 million yuan to 1.5 million yuan. Second, expand the scope of housing support for families with multiple children. Families with multiple children applying for a provident fund loan to purchase a second self-occupied house can increase the loan amount by 20% on the basis of the eligible loan amount, but not exceeding the maximum limit of provident fund loans in our city. Third, increase the proportion of loan amount increase for purchasing green building. Employees who purchase commodity housing that meets the national two-star green building standard or has been identified as a prefabricated building project can increase the loan amount by 20% on the basis of the eligible loan amount, but not exceeding the maximum limit of provident fund loans in our city; for purchasing commodity housing that meets the national three-star green building standard, the loan amount can be increased by 30% on the basis of the eligible loan amount, but not exceeding the maximum limit of provident fund loans in our city.
