Shandong Weida: Plans to repurchase shares of 30 million to 60 million yuan.

Shandong Weida announced on April 20th that the company plans to repurchase shares in the amount of 30-60 million yuan, to be used for implementing employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive plans. The repurchase price will not exceed 20.01 yuan per share.
