Kangmei Pharmaceutical: Liang Jun resigns from director position in the company.

Kangmei Pharmaceutical announced on April 20th that the board of directors has recently received a written resignation report from director Liang Jun. Liang Jun has applied to resign from the position of non-independent director of the 10th Board of Directors of the company due to work adjustment reasons. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
