Hainan: Enhancing the full-chain technology services of the aerospace industry.

Recently, the "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Service Industry" of Hainan Province was publicly soliciting opinions. It mentions the enhancement of the full-chain technical services of the aerospace industry. Strengthening the rocket chain, satellite chain, and data chain, improving the integrated commercial aerospace industry system of "launch + service + manufacturing + application". Supporting the application transformation of key technologies such as green propellants, rocket launch and recovery, and low-orbit communication satellite constellation integration, exploring frontier technologies such as electromagnetic launch, and enhancing key aerospace technical service capabilities. Building the Wenchang International Aerospace City Technology Innovation Public Platform, the International Star and Rocket Collaborative Research and Development Center, and the International Satellite Advanced Manufacturing Center to promote the aerospace industry as a new economic growth point through technological innovation.
