Zong Fuli has established several new companies in Shanghai.

According to the Enterprise Check App, Zong Fuli recently established two companies in Shanghai, namely Shanghai Hong Xuan Business Management Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Hong Yi Culture Media Co., Ltd., with her serving as the legal representative of both. Hong Xuan Business has a registered capital of 1 million yuan, with business scope including enterprise management, non-residential real estate leasing, property management, etc.; Hong Yi Culture Media has a registered capital of 20 million yuan, with business scope covering cultural and artistic exchanges, advertising releases, clothing and accessories rentals, etc. Both companies are wholly owned by Shanghai Hong Qian Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., with Zong Fuli as the actual controlling person, manager, and director. It is worth noting that Shanghai Hong Qian Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was also just established on April 10th of this year.
