According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on April 19th, 165 new homes were signed for on the Beijing Housing Network, with a total signing area of 14,369.54 square meters. Among them, 94 residential units were signed for with a signing area of 12,122.68 square meters; 152 second-hand homes were signed for with a signing area of 13,235.12 square meters, including 141 residential units signed for with a signing area of 12,544.79 square meters.
