According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Beijing Runshi New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with business scope including: solar power generation technology services; thermal production and supply; contract energy management; online energy measurement technology research and development, etc. Shareholding transparency displayed by Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is indirectly owned in full by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL).
