Buying a house in Shenzhen and "selling one to buy one" can save a lot of money. Starting from April 18th, Nanshan District of Shenzhen officially introduced housing "old-for-new" consumption vouchers, with a maximum subsidy of 50,000 yuan in JD electronic consumption vouchers for a single unit, helping residents settle down in Nanshan with real money. The subsidy targets customers who sell second-hand houses within the city and buy new commercial houses in Nanshan District. The application requirements are clear: the time to sell the old house must be between April 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026, and the time to buy the new house must be between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. There is no specific order for selling the old and buying the new, and the types of properties that can be exchanged include residential, commercial apartments, and dormitories. The subsidy standard is based on the building area of the new house: a subsidy of 20,000 yuan per unit for a building area below 90 square meters, a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per unit for a building area between 90 and 144 square meters, and a subsidy of 50,000 yuan per unit for a building area above 144 square meters. The consumption vouchers are distributed in the form of JD electronic consumption vouchers, which can be used on JD MALL to enjoy a 50% discount on products such as mobile phones, computers, home appliances, and home furnishings. Eligible residents can apply for the vouchers through the "Old-for-New Consumption Voucher Application Zone for Commercial Housing" on the "AI Nanshan" or "Nanshan Tong" mini-programs, and the vouchers will be directly distributed to individual accounts through the Yunshanfu APP.
