According to Tianyancha, intellectual property information shows that "Tokyo Ghoul" has been applied for registration as a trademark by Shueisha Inc. and NetEase Network Co., Ltd. The international classification includes website services, clothing, footwear, hats, fitness equipment, etc. The above-mentioned trademark has been rejected and is currently invalid.
