The State Council Information Office held a series of thematic press conferences on the morning of April 17th with the theme of "Starting the '14th Five-Year Plan'". Wang Changlin, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that this year will focus on areas such as "artificial intelligence + infrastructure, urban renewal, national water network, and new energy system to carry out a series of actions to expand effective investment, promote the optimization of supply structure, and expand market demand. In terms of institutional innovation, we will comprehensively carry out "soft construction" work in central investment projects, promote the formation of long-term mechanisms for project construction, implementation, and operation and maintenance. At the same time, we will also leverage the role of the National Venture Capital Fund to guide and promote social capital to support technological innovation and the development of emerging industries.
