Pakistan makes anti-dumping final ruling on continuous cast billets originating in or imported from China

On April 10, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan issued the latest announcement of Case No. ADC36, making a positive final ruling on the second anti-dumping sunset review of continuous casting billets originating from or imported from China. It decided to continue imposing a 24.04% anti-dumping duty on the products involved, with the measure taking effect from June 22, 2025, and valid for five years. The products involved are semi-finished products of iron and non-alloy steel, alloy steel, used for the production of rebar, wire rods, beams, channels, and T-sections by re-rolling mills, involving products under Pakistan's Tariff Number 7207.1110, 7207.1190, 7207.1210, 7207.1290, 7207.1910, 7207.1920, 7207.1990, 7207.2010, 7207.2020, 7207.2090, 7224.1000, and 7224.9000.
