The company was established in December 2016, with Wu Wen as the legal representative. Its business scope includes investing activities with its own funds, asset management services with its own funds investment, manufacturing of discrete semiconductor devices, engineering and technological research and experimental development, and technology promotion services. It is jointly held by Xiamen Haicang Development Group Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Haicang Investment Group Co., Ltd.
