About 80% of the key projects in Jiangsu Province have completed the necessary guarantee elements for the year.

From the news conference of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Natural Resources, it was learned that as of now, out of the 550 major provincial projects planned for the year 2026, 434 projects have completed natural resource guarantee, with a completion rate of 78.9%; among them, out of the 269 projects that started construction within the year, 199 projects have completed guarantee, with a completion rate of 74%. A total of 187 out of 200 key industry projects invested by the provincial private sector have completed natural resource guarantee, with a completion rate of 93.5%. Both major provincial projects and key industry projects invested by the private sector have completed the guarantee tasks ahead of schedule. In order to do a good job in ensuring the elements of major projects, Jiangsu Province has comprehensively reviewed the list of major projects at all levels, and has comprehensively included projects at the national, provincial, municipal, and county levels in the province-wide natural resource guarantee tracking system, implementing list-based, node-based, and responsibility-based management.
