According to China Railway Corporation, in the first quarter of this year, the railway department continued to deepen domestic and international coordination and cooperation, strengthen the organization of China-Europe freight trains, improve the quality and efficiency of cross-border logistics services. The China-Europe freight trains totaled 5460 trains running and shipped 546,000 standard containers, representing a year-on-year increase of 29% and 22% respectively. The good trend of increasing both quantity and quality is evident. The international logistics brand market competitiveness of China-Europe freight trains continues to improve, injecting new vitality into trade and economic and social development along the route.
