It is reported that Yang Lijuan is a manager who has grown from the front line within the Haidilao system, she has been involved in stages such as Haidilao's expansion from Sichuan to Xi'an market, and led the "Woodpecker Plan" in 2021. Haidilao launched the "Red Pomegranate Plan" in August 2024, and by the end of 2025, they had introduced 20 food and beverage brands with a total of 207 restaurants.
