Shenzhen China A and Shenzhen China B announced that on December 30, 2024, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinsen Precision, signed a "Patent License Agreement" with Shenzhen Zhoulufu, with a license fee of 5 million yuan. Due to the insufficient processing and supply capacity of the patent owner's factory, and as of the end of 2025, Xinsen Precision and the patent owner have not reached a new extension cooperation agreement, they are unable to take on new orders. After negotiation, the follow-up purchase orders of related patented products were cancelled, and Xinsen Precision returned 4.5 million yuan of the license fee to Shenzhen Zhoulufu. This proposal was approved at the 23rd meeting of the 11th Board of Directors of the company on April 14, 2026.
