On April 15th, it was exclusively learned by the front line of finance that Ying Changming was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Financial Work Committee of the Communist Party of China. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Workers' Director of the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank. Ying Changming was born in 1972 and had worked for many years at the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, where he held positions such as Vice President, President, and Party Committee Secretary of the Jiading Branch; Director of the General Office, Director of the Party Committee Office, Secretary and Vice President of the Direct Party Committee of the General Office; and then as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Workers' Director of the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank. He also served as a director of the Shanghai Financial Society and a standing committee member of the China Banking Association's Rural Banks Working Committee.
