According to "Liaoning Release" on April 15, Wang Xinwei, Deputy Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Governor, led a team to hold working consultations respectively with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation in Beijing. Li Lecheng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Hou Qijun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of China Petrochemical Corporation, attended the meeting. Wang Xinwei said that he hopes the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Sinopec will continue to care about the revitalization and development of Liaoning, focus on the national "Five-Year Plan" strategy guidance and support key areas, provide more support and help in national pilot projects, elimination and renovation of old chemical plants, construction of trial platforms and smart factories in the manufacturing industry, transformation of the petrochemical industry, and development of new energy industries, and work together to make a greater contribution to the national development.
