China Merchants Shekou: Planning to launch the China Merchants Fund, China Merchants Shekou Leasing Housing REIT will acquire new infrastructure projects and related transactions.

China Merchants Shekou announced that it is planning to launch a fund for the China Merchants Shekou Leased Housing Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) to acquire infrastructure projects and related transactions. The infrastructure project refers to the public rental housing project of Phase VI of China Merchants Taohuayuan, located on the west side of Industrial Eighth Road in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, which is indirectly wholly owned by the company's subsidiary Shenzhen China Merchants Apartment Development Co., Ltd. It includes 1 to 8 buildings of public rental housing.
