Haitian Ruisheng announced that from March 30 to April 15, 2026, shareholder He Lin and its concerted action person Zhong Yian together reduced their holdings of company shares by 420,648 shares, accounting for 0.70% of the total share capital of the company. The total shareholding ratio decreased from 28.67% to 27.97%. Among them, Zhong Yian reduced their holdings through centralized bidding and block trading, while He Lin did not implement any reduction. This equity change does not involve a tender offer, will not result in changes to the controlling shareholder or controlling person, and the reduction plan has not yet been completed.
