According to the Kaiyun APP, recently, Inner Mongolia Beilian Electric Beichen Yufeng Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Shi Zhongquan as the legal representative. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, heat production and supply, wind power generation technology services, energy storage technology services, etc. Equity penetration by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by North United Electric Power Limited Liability Company, which is jointly held by China Huaneng Group Limited Company, China Shenhua, and others.
