The China-Vietnam Higher Education Cooperation and Technological Innovation Forum was held in Beijing.

On the afternoon of April 14th, the China-Vietnam Higher Education Cooperation and Technological Innovation Forum was held at Tsinghua University. General Secretary and President of the Vietnamese Communist Party Central Committee, Su Lin, delivered a policy speech. Member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, Yin Li, also made a speech. Su Lin said, "We must deepen pragmatic cooperation, accelerate the advancement of railways, highways, border trade infrastructure, and other connectivity projects, and promote scientific and technological advancements, reform and innovation, and digital transformation to become new highlights of the Vietnam-China relationship." Yin Li said, "We will deepen cooperation in the field of education in accordance with the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two parties and countries, expand the pairing and joint construction of schools between the two sides, and promote exchanges among the younger generation." Together, we will strengthen technological cooperation and innovation, jointly carry out technological breakthroughs, and create and share more innovative achievements. Together, we will nurture and develop new productive forces, strengthen cooperation in the industrial chain and supply chain, and stimulate the momentum for high-quality development."
