Meituan announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on April 13, 2026, the company granted a total of 79,317,581 restricted share units under its initial public offering share award plan, including 79,174,927 shares awarded to certain employees of the group; and 142,654 shares awarded to certain service providers of the group, subject to acceptance and the terms and conditions of the initial public offering share award plan.
