On April 13th, the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission announced the approval of Ren Kai's qualifications as a director and chairman of Shanxi Bank Co., Ltd. The bank is required to ensure that the approved personnel strictly adhere to the relevant regulatory provisions of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and that they assume their duties within 3 months from the date of this administrative licensing decision, and report on the situation of assumption of duties in a timely manner as required. If the approved personnel do not assume their duties within the specified period, this approval document will become invalid, and the licensing agency will handle the administrative procedures for revocation of the license.
