Shanghai Lingang announcement: From October to December 2025, there will be no new land reserve or new construction area. The completed area of industrial park business is approximately 811,200 square meters; the contracted sales area is approximately 24,900 square meters, with a contracted sales contract amount of approximately 438 million yuan; the total rental income is approximately 688 million yuan; and the revenue from operational services of industrial parks is approximately 143 million yuan. As of December 31, 2025, the total leased area is approximately 2.7663 million square meters.
