Jinke Environmental: Signs $15.1 Million New Water Island Middle East Supply Agreement

Jinke Environmental announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Bluenexus has signed a "Supply Agreement" with Medisun to supply 4 sets of new Water Island intelligent water purification equipment and related technical support and services. The project will be implemented in the Middle East region, with an agreement amount of 15.1 million US dollars, accounting for approximately 16.73% of the company's audited revenue for 2024. The agreement will take effect from the date of signing and is a routine business agreement that does not require approval from the board of directors or shareholders' meeting. If the agreement is successfully implemented, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's overseas market development and current business performance, enhancing international influence.
