Suning Electronic: Chairman Lin Maoxian resigns for personal reasons.

On April 13th, Xin Yin Electronics announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Chairman Lin Maoxian. Lin Maoxian requested to resign from the positions of Chairman of the Board and Director of the company due to personal reasons, and will no longer serve as the legal representative of the company. Lin Maoxian will continue to serve until the election of new non-independent directors of the sixth board of directors, and the resignation will take effect after the election of new non-independent directors at the shareholders' meeting. After the resignation takes effect, Lin Maoxian will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
