Jinjia Group: The controlling shareholder and its concerted actors' 41 million shares will be auctioned off judicially.

Jinjia Corporation announced that on April 13, 2026, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder Jinjia Chuangtou that the 41 million shares of the company held by it and the concerted action party Century Yuntong will be auctioned off, accounting for 2.82% of the total share capital of the company. The auction will take place from 10:00 on May 12 to 10:00 on May 13. If all shares are successfully transferred, the combined shareholding of Jinjia Chuangtou and its concerted action party will decrease from 31.02% to 28.19%, which will not result in a change of control of the company. The outcome of the auction is still uncertain as it is in the public disclosure stage.
