Shandong Genyuan's new production line for 30,000 tons of ultra-high-purity VC has officially started production.

The leading enterprise in lithium battery electrolyte additives, Shandong Genyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. has announced that the 30,000 tons/year ethylene carbonate production line, built using a new generation of continuous green processes, has been successfully completed and put into operation. It is reported that Shandong Genyuan will also release 70,000 tons of VC production capacity in stages in the future. It is expected that by the end of 2026, the total VC production capacity of the company will reach 120,000 tons, in order to better meet the rapidly growing market demand of the power and energy storage lithium battery industry.
