Guangzhou Customs introduces 11 convenient measures to provide services and ensure the success of the 139th Canton Fair.

The 139th China Import and Export Fair will be held in three phases in Guangzhou from April 15 to May 5. To ensure the smooth operation of the 139th Canton Fair and to carry out customs supervision and service guarantees, on April 13, Guangzhou Customs issued 11 measures to facilitate the 139th China Import and Export Fair. The "Facilitation Measures" released this time are divided into two aspects: first, consolidating and optimizing mature and effective facilitation measures from previous sessions, including supporting online processing, efficient customs clearance for exhibition products, facilitating customs clearance for exhibitors, providing on-site supervision service guarantees, providing policy consultation services, facilitating the entry of goods for exhibitions, supporting inbound exhibition products to enjoy tax preferential treatment, supporting domestic products to go global, etc.; second, adapting to new situations and new demands, integrating the latest customs reform achievements into service measures. Specific measures include implementing pilot measures for export batch inspection and quarantine reform, optimizing the supervision process for exporting cosmetics, and promoting the pilot of "one package one code" for tax refund upon departure.
