Xuanzhu Biology Announcement: The company has received the official filing notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, completing the filing of the conversion of a total of 357 million shares held by six shareholders into 357 million H shares. These H shares will be listed and traded on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong after the conversion and obtaining approval for listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The notice is valid for 12 months from March 26, 2026.
