Recently, the "Implementation Measures for Interest Subsidies for Loans to Support the Development of New Industrialization Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province" was released, adjusting and continuing the existing policy of interest subsidies for enterprise loans. The aim is to provide real financial support for enterprises to reduce their financial burden, cultivate new productive forces, and promote the empowerment of new industrialization. The adjustments include increasing the amount of interest-subsidized loans to fully meet the needs of enterprise financing. The interest-subsidized loan amount for the entire province is set at 100 billion yuan by 2026, with the maximum annual interest subsidy amount for a single enterprise being 10 million yuan.
