Zhang Haitao, director of the Hainan Province New Energy Vehicle Promotion Center, stated today at the High-level Forum on Intelligent Electric Vehicle Development that the new version of the "Hainan Province Intelligent Connected Vehicle Road Testing and Demonstration Application Management Measures" is currently seeking opinions. It covers aspects such as application, roadside, safety, testing, and will be released as early as April or May.
