The groundbreaking ceremony for the second phase of the Cambodia Sophea Dze Comprehensive Water Resources Project was held in Takeo Province on the 11th. It is reported that the Sophea Dze Comprehensive Water Resources Project, as a national strategic project of Cambodia, is also the first comprehensive "all-water area" project in which China Communications Construction Group participates in overseas investment and is responsible for construction and operation. After the project is completed, it can connect the inland river network in Cambodia, build a river-sea intermodal transport system, accelerate infrastructure upgrading, and achieve a new development pattern of land-water connectivity.
