Data from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission shows that as of the week ending on April 7th, speculators reduced their net long positions in the four major natural gas markets of the New York Mercantile Exchange and the Intercontinental Exchange by 30,476 contracts to 52,396 contracts.
