Maguire: Due to the difficulty in obtaining crude oil from refineries, the global shortage of refined oil products is expected to worsen.

Maguire stated that as refineries struggle to obtain crude oil, the tight supply situation in the global oil products market may further deteriorate. Analyst team led by Vikas Dwivedi pointed out: "If the conflict persists, due to limited crude oil acquisition leading to reduced refinery operating rates, the supply deficit of finished oil products may further expand." In the second half of March, the total production capacity globally shut down due to conflict has reached 336.7 million barrels per day.
