The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on a total share capital of 1.019 billion shares on December 31, 2025, a cash dividend of 2.21 yuan will be distributed to every 10 shares held by all shareholders, no bonus shares will be issued, and no share capital increase will be made from the surplus fund.
