The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has dispatched five work teams and technology small teams to the front line of spring agricultural production to provide guidance and services.

"Grain Rain" is approaching, with winter wheat heading and forming grain from south to north, winter rapeseed entering the podding stage, and early rice being extensively planted. Spring agricultural production is fully underway. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is implementing the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, as well as the spirit of the National Spring Agricultural Production Work Conference. They are continuing to promote spring wheat field management and spring plowing and preparations. They have issued technical guidelines for mid-late stage field management of winter wheat and winter rapeseed, and have recently dispatched 5 working groups and technology squads to 10 key provinces such as Henan and Shandong. Together with grassroots agricultural technicians, they are conducting field visits, providing guidance, and technical services to promote the implementation of key technical measures. The focus is on: conducting on-site inspections of the growth of winter wheat and winter rapeseed, soil moisture conditions, and the occurrence of pests and diseases; guiding the implementation of mid-late stage fertilization and water management measures for winter wheat and winter rapeseed, and ensuring adequate use of funds for projects such as "one spray and three defenses", rapeseed production, and pest control; guiding local efforts to prevent lodging, late spring cold spells, flooding and other disasters, and preparing materials and technologies in advance; implementing measures to increase single crop yields for grain and oil crops, and promoting integrated efficiency through the optimization of fields, seeds, machinery, and techniques.
