The company, as a limited partner, subscribed RMB 10.98 million with its own funds, accounting for 2.4400% of the subscribed capital proportion of the partnership enterprise. This investment in the industry fund is within the approval authority of the company's General Manager's Office and does not require approval from the Board of Directors or shareholders' meeting. This external investment does not involve related-party transactions and does not constitute a major asset restructuring as defined in the "Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies".
