Zhengzhou Coal and Electricity: Revenue of 3.52 billion yuan in 2025

Zhengzhou Coal and Power announced that the company will have a coal production of 4.5 million tons and operating revenue of 3.552 billion yuan in 2025. The company experienced a huge loss in 2025, mainly due to the downward trend in coal market prices, resulting in a year-on-year decrease in coal profit of 520 million yuan; the cessation of production at the Super Coal Mine, leading to a provision for impairment of fixed assets of 315 million yuan; and a year-on-year decrease in investment income of 471 million yuan. The company is gradually expanding its smart mining and smart computing center-related businesses, with a small number of orders and revenue contributions currently.
