The original contract was signed in March 2023, with a project operation period of 10 years, aiming to cooperate in the implementation of solid waste resource utilization and coal substitution comprehensive utilization projects. According to relevant regulations, if the term of the daily related party transaction agreement signed between a listed company and a related party exceeds three years, the relevant review procedures and disclosure obligations shall be performed every three years. The terms of the contract re-evaluated this time have not changed before and after, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
