Baosteel Corporation: Intends to adjust the prices of rare earth concentrates for the second quarter of 2026 in related transactions.

Baosteel announced that, in accordance with the rare earth concentrate price adjustment mechanism and calculation formula approved at the 2022 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, the company plans to adjust the price of rare earth concentrate related transactions in the second quarter of 2026 to 38,804 yuan per ton excluding tax. For each 1% increase or decrease in REO, the price excluding tax will increase or decrease by 766.08 yuan. It is agreed that the price will be adjusted in the first ten days of each quarter and a new supply contract or supplemental agreement will be signed.
