The data from the China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance shows that in March, the domestic installed capacity of power batteries was 56.5GWh, with a month-on-month increase of 114.9% and a year-on-year decrease of 0.1%. Among them, the installed capacity of ternary batteries was 10.7GWh, accounting for 19.0% of the total installed capacity, with a month-on-month increase of 88.1% and a year-on-year increase of 7.3%; the installed capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries was 45.8GWh, accounting for 81.0% of the total installed capacity, with a month-on-month increase of 122.3% and a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%. From January to March, the cumulative installed capacity of power batteries in China was 124.9GWh, with a cumulative year-on-year decrease of 4.1%. Among them, the cumulative installed capacity of ternary batteries was 25.8GWh, accounting for 20.7% of the total installed capacity, with a cumulative year-on-year increase of 3.3%; the cumulative installed capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries was 99.0GWh, accounting for 79.3% of the total installed capacity, with a cumulative year-on-year decrease of 5.9%.
