On April 8th, the Market Supervision Administration's Discipline Inspection Office conducted surprise inspections on some food production companies for violations using the "four no's and two direct" approach. They also conducted an education and rectification campaign for the law enforcement team "Qingfeng Tieji" at the Jinqiao Market Supervision Institute in Suiyang District, Shangqiu City, Henan Province. The Discipline Inspection Office of the General Administration of Market Supervision pointed out that the market supervision departments in Henan Province must adhere to problem-oriented and targeted actions, focus on media exposure of issues as key clues, and strictly crack down on illegal business activities in accordance with the law. They emphasized the need to implement "dual investigations" for cases, thoroughly investigate prominent issues in regulatory enforcement, and, once verified, take serious legal and regulatory actions against public officials found to be derelict or negligent in their duties.
