Announcement from Laiyifen: The company's controlling shareholder and its concerted action person, Shanghai Aiwu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., Ms. Yurui Fen, Mr. Shi Hui, signed a "share transfer agreement" with Suzhou Donghe Hengyi Investment Partnership Enterprise, transferring 33.4424 million unrestricted tradable shares of Laiyifen held by them, accounting for 10% of the total share capital of the company, at a transfer price of 11.48 yuan per share, and the transfer consideration is 384 million yuan.
